Information Collection and Use; Opt In, Opt Out
On the Nextient Middleware site there are opportunities to request information about our products and services. Nextient may ask for your name, title, address, and e-mail. Nextient may also ask specific questions about the size and type of your business.

When you fill out a form on the Nextient site and enter "submit" you are opting in to our marketing site. The information obtained herein is the sole property of Nextient. It will not be sold or given to any mailing lists or third-party organizations. Nextient may use the information to fulfill your request and to notify you of product updates, promotions, future developments and events.

You do have the option to opt out of said lists. Nextient will process your written request to opt out within 30 days of receipt. Send your request to info@nextient.com, or mail Nextient Middleware, Attn: Marketing Lists, 3333 South Congress Avenue, Suite 400, Delray Beach, Florida 33445.

Cookies
Cookies are bits of electronic information that a Web site can transfer to a visitor's hard drive to help tailor and keep records of his or her visits to the site. Nextient Middleware reserves the right to update the Legal/Privacy Policy at any time in conjunction with changes in our business practices.

Children's Privacy Policy
Nextient Middleware's products and services do not target and are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Should Nextient become aware of Internet use by a child or children, Nextient would comply with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), or any such laws and requirements.
