Information Collection and Use; Opt In, Opt Out
On the Nextient Middleware site there are opportunities to request information
about our products and services. Nextient may ask for your name, title,
address, and e-mail. Nextient may also ask specific questions about the
size and type of your business.
When you fill out
a form on the Nextient site and enter "submit" you are opting
in to our marketing site. The information obtained herein is the sole
property of Nextient. It will not be sold or given to any mailing lists
or third-party organizations. Nextient may use the information to fulfill
your request and to notify you of product updates, promotions, future
developments and events.
You do have the option
to opt out of said lists. Nextient will process your written request to
opt out within 30 days of receipt. Send your request to info@nextient.com,

Cookies
Cookies are bits of electronic information that a Web site can transfer
to a visitor's hard drive to help tailor and keep records of his or her
visits to the site. The use of cookies is standard on the World Wide Web.
Nextient Middleware uses cookies, as do most major sites. Cookies allow
Nextient to better customize visits to the site to the visitor's individual
preferences.
If you've set your
browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning
message with each cookie. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in
your browser. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use www.nextient.com.
We use cookies to
deliver content specific to your interests and to save your password so
you don't have to re-enter it as you navigate through the member areas;
however, we do not store personal identifying information in cookies.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and
to administer our Web site.
Links
The Nextient Middleware site contains links to other third party, partner,
association and media sites. Nextient is not responsible for the privacy
practices of such sites.
Security
The Nextient Middleware site has security measures in place to protect
the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
User personal information is only accessible by a limited number of employees
who have specific access rights to such systems.
Updates
Nextient Middleware reserves the right to update the Legal/Privacy Policy
at any time in conjunction with changes in our business practices.
Children's Privacy
Policy
Nextient Middleware's products and services do not target and are not
intended for use by children under the age of 13. Should Nextient become
aware of Internet use by a child or children, Nextient would comply with
the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), or
any such laws and requirements.
