Information Collection and Use; Opt In, Opt Out
On the SIVA Corporation site there are opportunities to request information about our products and services. SIVA asks for your name, title, address, and e-mail. SIVA may also ask specific questions about the size and type of your business.

When you fill out a form on the SIVA site and enter "submit" you are opting in to our marketing site. The information obtained herein is the sole property of SIVA Corporation. It will not be sold or given to any mailing lists or third-party organizations. SIVA uses the information to fulfill your request and to notify you of product updates, promotions, future developments and events.
